Privacy Policy

Tranquility Path views protecting its clients’ private information as a top priority and has instituted policies and procedures to ensure that client information is private and secure. Tranquility Path does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about its clients or former clients to any unaffiliated third parties, except as permitted or required by law. In the course of servicing a client’s account, Tranquility Path may share some information with its service providers, such as co-advisors, transfer agents, custodians, accountants, lawyers, etc.

Tranquility Path restricts internal access of nonpublic personal information about the client to those persons who need access to that information in order to provide services to the client and to perform administration functions for Tranquility Path. It is and has always been Tranquility Path’s policy never to sell information about current or former clients or their accounts to anyone. It is also Tranquility Path’s policy not to share information unless required to process a transaction, at the request of a client, or as required by law.
